No "buy" button next to hat?

No "buy" button next to hat?

Apparently, I have to buy what i create. When I attempt to buy it (at a low price) there is no buy button. Can you guys help me? https://www.world2build.net/Store/UserItem.php?ID=228 is the item in question.

Pending and denied items do not allow a buy button because there is no guarantee the item will be accepted. When your image is approved, other users can buy the item. You are also granted the item.

Oh, okay. That makes sense. Is there any way I can make the item limited?
